Yield: 1 Loaf

2 1/4	ts	Yeast
2 1/2	c	Bread flour
1/2	c	Whole wheat flour
1/3	c	Wheat germ, toasted
1	tb	Orange zest, grated
1 1/2	ts	Salt
2	tb	Brown sugar, dark
4	tb	Powdered milk
2	tb	Butter or margarine
1 1/4	c	Water, plus 1 TB
1/2	c	Fruits, dried, mixed, coarsely chopped

Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Use raisin bread cycle if possible, adding dried fruit at the beep.
